What's your gearbox serial?

Ok so am using and arring as to if I should throw money at my already stripped early (weak) lt77

I think when I get to taking and posting up the pics on the other thread it's gonna need new forks, new synchro hub etc and looking on fleebay that could cost me 400 plus easily.... Already bought a rebuild kit for 180 quid but that's just bearings.....

Ashcroft will send you a gearbox with surcharge so I could just pay the surcharge and keep the box, and go for a nice shiny "s" prefix box

But I would need a serial off of an s box or maybe just a later box to do that?

Or I will just say bugger it and find out where to get the 6bt conversion kit from! [emoji7]

i wouldnt go for an h suffix s type , g suffix yes , whys your early weak ,it was only rev idler they suffered with that and main shaft wear which effected all boxes until cross drilled inputs came out
