Whats missing from this picture??

Hi can anyone tell me what is missing here? The two pipes have been snipped and folded back on themselves but no obvious mounts or destinations for what they should attach to. They look like they might be something to do with the heater but I could be way off.

I,m considering buying this disco1 which appears ok otherwise. It is an import from a while back with a Ugandan vehicle licence still in the window. Any advice welcome.

Air con pipe? Can't see whether the pump has been removed from your picture, but there is an electrical fitting hanging free which should be fixed to the pump, so I suspect it has been.

Thanks Steviecops, could well be that. As I said no obvious empty brackets etc or the other end of the pipe as far as I can see.
