wet 300tdi

hi have just put some new front mudflap brackets on me disco 300, when i lifted the front carpets under them is soaked in water, does any one know any problem areas at the front that lets in water down the bulkhead. I had a new windscreen and rubber seal fitted about 6 month ago as when it rained it poured in onto the dash, but this is now all fine.

Heater matrix?? also take footwell side panels off and check for rot in the sidepanels also lift carpets and check for rot under carpets. It could also be coming inm thru doorseals or thru door panel.

I had a drip or two under the passenger footwell and I found water coming in from around the dash support L bracket where it bolts to the A piller at the side of the glove box.
I should have removed the L bracket and found out why as its only has four small bolts to remove but I didn't and just run some sealer around the bracket and had no problems since.
