Water pump replacement - how long?

Does anyone have an idea how many ours labour a land rover specialist might take to complete a water pump replacement?

When I had it done by Ford on the focus last year I think they charged me for 3 hours. Likely to be similar?

Depends on the engine, but charging for 3 hours labour for a V8 seems reasonable.

Took me 4hr's there abouts too do mine on the v8 with a brew or two

Most of the morning for me also, remove cowling, fan, hose and drain coolant and remove pump no problems, but 3/4 of an hour later I was still scrapping away the remains of the old gasket from the block.
Replaced and refitted everything and back up and running an hour later.

Im good at multitasking so can work and drink tea at the same time

Depends on what engine took me 2 hours on a td5

It took me between 3 and 4 hours on my 4.2 V8.
