P38A Water leak 4.0l

hi all long time since I have been on here back as usual with an issue I have noticed I have a water leak from the rear of the engine I thought initially I was losing water from the throttle body heater and just topped up once a week till I could get round to fixing it. the TBH was leaking but on the first run after fixing I noticed a trickle of water running onto the front diff. it is losing perhaps half a litre a week so I do need to fix it any ideas would be appreciated

Has this been a problem since the new engine? I would check all hose connections & heater matrix connections, they get moved about during engine refit & can cause the leaks. Mine is an '02 & on 3rd engine (top hat). The last models appear to be the worst for liner failures
