Water Lane - Alton, Hampshire

Hi All

Went walking some lanes local to me to see if they were good to drive and cam accross the infamous water lane..

Ive seen from the posts that damage is possible (redwings disco) and from a couple of youtube vids..

I will be going down in my 90 and a mates which is basically stock 90 td5 with muds.

is this lane possible in a stock 90?

I have done it in my stock Disco.

But yu stand a very high chance of ripping the rear quarters and all of the sides, as well as prospectively smashing any side windows.

I hope yu dont meet anything coming the other way, coz reversing back up it aint fun either

When you looking on going could meet up,make sure you take any roof racks off as you will damage them.You should be fine in your 90 haven't been down there for 6 months will be quite over grown

will do, Ive been walking / driving / checking lanes in hampshire from where I live (near waterloovile) and where I do some gamekeeping (alton) so more the merrier!!.........well, until I get four or five vehicles

Looked at videos of this lane on Youtube, looks immense!
