Warning Pic Heavy Mid Wales Laning

Srata Florida and some other amazing lanes. 12hrs in total and we were staying right by the first lane, ended with smashed windscreens smashed headlamps and blown bulbs and that was only the damage we noticed at night, it was far worse in the light of morning.

I can't take credit for the Photos I just plan the routes and drive.

Stunning pics and scenery, I spend a lot of time around those parts

wow great pics and great looking lanes I keep meaning to head to wales as the byways are much better then what ive found locally

any pointers on locations to head to I have friends in Cardiff I can possibly crash with

Don't know much about the South of Wales sorry never ventured that far with so moany good areas on my door step I've no needed too.

great pics, love the river crossings.. know how you felt with light closing in, drowned my drz there at one of the river crossings a few weeks back with darkness looming. flat battery, tip on its end to drain the exhaust and pump the cylinder and eventually got out of strata florida in the dark. phew!

What camera was used to take the photos?

Was expecting it to come to a spluttering stop tbh was well over the max wading depth! If it had been earlier I would have turned around but it was going dark so no choice but to go for it. Got away with blown headlamp bulbs, as did the defender so we had to send the discos on a mission to get bulbs before we could drive back to base

Yeah half ****ting bricks, half cursing lane selection!

Ha there were only two lanes that I had any real clue what they were like before we got there. We skipped the first so we could do Strata Florida and yes I did keep it secret we were doing it so no one would turn round.

holy smokes, my mate has just bought a disco county, in epsom, has just fitted 33x12.5s, is about to fit arches and 6x light bar, its gonna be identical!
