kawasaki KLV1000 - £2500
basically its a suzuki dl1000 rebadged as a kawasaki and with slightly different clocks and different paint job. it even still says suzuki on the vin plate!!!
This was a joint venture between kawasaki and suzuki
now the bike, its been the bike i have kept the longest in my history of over 250 bikes!!!
good condition, some minor marks and blemishes as consistent with a bike that has covered 40,000 miles.
fitted with crash bars, renthal bars, heated grips, touratech sat nav bracket, sw motech rear pannier mounts (panniers available seperately), givi topbox mount, givi touring screen, Orange chain (heh i was feeling fashionable) 1 tooth lower front sprocket for smoother acceleration.
custom 2 into 1 exhaust with sports can. This allowed the fitting of DL650 pannier frames which tuck the panniers in closer to the bike meaning your not as wide!
1 month ago it had,
brand new rear disc and pads, new rear caliper, new front pads, new chain and sprockets, new front and rear continental trail attack tyres.
11 months mot and 5 months tax.
Will be sad to see it go but i want to start using my zx9 again
