Iv had a mechanic round yesterday he found there was no spark and has told me its the ignition module i power going to the coil n to the dizzy but not coming to the plugs

Plugs are wet n smell off fuel

So if I understand this correctly, you have fuel which means the ecu is getting a trigger from the coil suggesting the ignition amplifier is switching.

Also, if king lead is sending HT in to the distributor cap the ignition amplifier is working so that narrows it down quite a bit.

The issue may well be the rotor arm or the distributor cap. Rotor arm would be the first thing to look at - don't put a pattern arm on, use a genuine Lucas one, relatively expensive but so worth it. Look at the cap, is there any evidence of cracks or arcing? If it is not a new cap, clean the powdery stuff off the nodes inside with some wet and dry or emery, also make sure the cap is properly seated. Check the centre electrode for wear and that the spring is pushing it on to the rotor arm. HTH

Ok people just let you all know my monster lives n sounds amazing thanks for all your help

It was the ignition amp put a brand new 1 on started 1st time n every time now
