Finally got my gearbox sorted, after much advice from everyone & his dog.
Took it to Westover Landrover Salisbury. Fantastic service.
The problem was, everytime it changed gear, it happened with a thump.
The guy hoped it was the diff mounting rubber, but sadly no. It turned out to be the solenoids in the box. So although it was bad enough, it wasn't the worse case senario I was expecting.
