Urgent Parts Required for a Series 2 Please Help?!?!?

Hi all,

We have a customers Land Rover Series 2 in which we are restoring for him. We are after a few parts, but only have a short period of time . We need to get it up to the paint shop and then done all before christmas as he is giving it to someone for a present!:clock: What we are after are a Roof preferably with lil damage as possible, and the rear pannel which has the sliding rear window and the two side corner windows (complete piece).

I have uploaded 5 Pictures showing what we are after. I hope these are easy enough to see what it is we are looking for.

Hi Lee. eBay would be a good bet, there's always plenty of complete roofs for sale on there. I recently won a roof top, sides and rear door for £50. This means i have no need for my old truck cab but unfortunately its very badly damaged so will be no use to you.

Have you tried the chap who breaks Landies and lives (lived) up on the A4 at Theale?

Can anyone help with a number/name/more details for him?

The chap who used to break Landies up on the A4 near Theale was Martin Fidler, 0118 971 4064, thoroughly recommended. It's been a couple of years since I last visited, can only assume he's still there.

Chap on another thread has replaced his T/C with a full length roof, will he sell?

To be honest if I knew of a decent truck cab near me I'd be buying it not tellin you about it, specially as you're out to make money out of it. Good uns are gettin harder to find these days.

Many thanks for all your suggestions they have been i great help. I have called Martin Fidler and had no answer but shall keep trying him.
