Series 3 Transfer box rear output flange

I'm looking to change the transfer box rear output flange oil seal as it is losing a lot of oil now.
I have tried changing just the seal in the past but leaks have still got through so I will need to change the flange aswell as it isn't making the positive contact with the seal to stop the oils getting through due to being worn.
This is where my issue lies I have found the part number 236630 but nowhere seems to have it in stock. It seems like it has been discontinued. Does anyone know if there is a alternative part number?

If yours has a groove in one place, I have in the past made a fix by positioning the seal so the lip runs in a fresh spot.

Years ago, I used a wear sleeve on a large commercial vehicle diff input flange. It worked well.

However, without measuring the shaft diameter, I don't even know if wear sleeves for this Land Rover flange are available.

If I was to fit a sleeve wouldn't I have to turn back the area for the sleeve to sit in and find a sleeve to sit in there to make it flush with the rest of the shaft?

No, there's no need to reduce the diameter of the shaft. The sleeve is only about 10 thou thick, and the oil seal will accomodate this. One trick I use is to assemble the flange into the housing, and then fit the flange and housing together. This allows you to check the inside of the lip of the oil seal, and the spring, and make sure they are properly in place beofre fitting.
