towbar information

fitting a towbar to the 2001 5 door freelander.
need to remove rear panel to get at wiring for lights.
there are 4 anchor shaped stud things presumably supports for the rear shelves etc,do these just lever out or do they unscrew?
also putting rear prop shaft back, removed it as had odd tyres and not looking for driveline problems,do the heads of the bolts face to the front or rear of the car?
also tried to download rave but don't seem to be able to open it what is the procedure?

Studs in boot turn through 90 degrees to release.

Prop to diff connection, torx bolt heads are nearest front of car, 13mm nuts nearest axle. They are actually 1/2 inch I found!!!
