Finally bought my first series 3 - after several false starts, a couple of near misses and a lot of rusty tat here it is:[FONT="]

It's not perfect chequer plate , small amount of rust/pitting in the tub and a bit of rust below the wind screen/top of bulk head - both rusty bits need a little cleaning up and then a rivited patch. Wheels have been changed to more original steel wheels as the tyres were buggered on the modular ones.
Now looking forward to getting it back from North Yorkshire to Tunbridge Wells - 260 miles!
I've got free wheeling hubs and a Fairy overdrive for nowt - [/FONT][FONT="]coming from a mate in Devon. Looking forward to getting my hands dirty ![/FONT][FONT="] [/FONT]
