Further to the earlier discussion about improving the dash gauge illumination, the consensus was that LED replacement was the way to go.
On ebay, a couple of listers are selling a full set of blue or red replacement LED bulbs that just slot in. The cost is £14.99 or £24.00 for the same item, it looks like. They both say beware of inferior cheaper items being sold on ebay.(Who knows which the original ones are!). Anyone have any experience of said items. Or would it much cheaper to go and source 4 x individual LED`s from somewhere that fit?

I was thinking me dash was dark tonight.....report back tomorrow when you have bought a set and fitted them. Thank you for volunteering to be the led testpilot.

I got some ultra bright 10mm led's for my dash and they suck! bulbs are going back in for sure! Its bacause they also have an anglular range and the beam is not wide enough. Knowing this my ones were the widest range but they still suck. Back to bulbs me thinks

5mm ultra brights would work better if you had alot of them fitted say 10 in the back of the speedo or mabe 4 or 5 on the smaller guages.
