Td5 rad

After the trouble with the losing water I checked my rad it was mostly cold. A friend said try and flush the rad so I took it off banged the hose pipe on it it came out of 3 of the 4 pipes. So put it directly on the one that nothing came out it seem to be blocked but like it was made that way nothing able to get through is this right ?

It's the second pipe up on the drivers side

Well drilled the ####er anyway who arsed think the rad is for the later model td5. The whole rad seems to be getting used now its hot all over instead of just partly. How hard is the top hose supposed to go it is hard but not that Harding can't squeeze it. It's going to for a compression test next week it's running fine not over hearing or anything I hope this might of cured it

Get it sniff tested while they do the compression testing. Will tell you if you have a leaky head gasket.
