What a weekend actually 3 nights
Thought I would Change the discs & pads on the 110 for new ebc & green stuff pads o/s wheel off no problem flange drive bolts out no problem, flange what a basxxxx 2.5 hrs of banging forcing swearing kicking copious amounts of tea & off it comes.
Checked the bearings not happy so in with new, 3 of the 4 pots on the caliper seized no wonder it pulled slightly to the left so on with a new one.
my mrs allways moans when I am buying stock she wasn't moaning sunday its her 110.
so on to the nearside fuxxxx hell flange welded by rust no way its coming off so I got a new one and proceeded with the grinder & cut it off what a basxxxx its now Tuesday Night 11 pm so knock it on the head till weds evening 2 more bearings, discs, pads, and a cv that was well worn back on the road weds night
Landrovers don't you just love em This is a recent purchase so lack of maintenance was previous owner so now to restock financed by the wife she now understands the reason for carrying spares in stock
