Td5 abs and engine management led?

Evening all, weird one tonight! Td5 with a custom dash, the normal warning light panel is being replaced with led lights, have managed to get all lights to work, the only two I'm having problems with is the abs and engine management lights. Have worked out that they are both red with slate tracer, but taking feeds from these will not read 12v, obviously some lights like brake warning, tc warning etc rely on an acc feed and the light is then earthed to the relevant feed, a fault gives an earth, light lights up. Neither of these appear to do this.

Stab in the dark but anyone know anything about these?
