Hi.
The amber traction control light and the amber hill descent light both come on occaisionally, usually after breaking. They tend to go out again shortley after or when I break again.
Can anyone advise what may be causing this and how to fix it.

You need to do a search for the thread three amigos, but in short it's more than likely your brake pedal switch at fault.

hi it could be one of your sensors on the stub axle

Had similar problem on my V6, with the ignition off (so that you don't pop the bulbs) bang the brake pedal a dozen or so times, this sometimes cleans the contacts and has solved my problem permanently. If it only solves it for a while it confirms the brake light switch !
