Tailgate opening randomly

Tailgate on the freelander 1 keep opening. Can here it locking unlocking at time. I've taken fuse out as it opened on a hill in traffic!

Is this the whole rear door handle unit that wants replacing?

probably just the lock its self but never heard of this one before but check your handle out there may be a problem with the micro switch else if it was the lock then the window would not drop
