Hi,

Tailgate is leaking - I've located where. It's hinge side, near to where glass joins door. On the car-side the seal has a flangey flat bit that should marry up to the odd contour of the door...

I've googled it and found no solution other than buy a new seal - £100. Anyone managed to fix it a cheaper way?

Cheers.

Hello there, I had the same fault with mine the well in the boot was filling with water.
My fix, take off the tail gate door card, you will see the wiring loom comes from the hinge side to inside the door ie in the card not the door itself. I found water tracking down the loom dripping on the slider for the ram and dripping in the car. Solution at the lowest point of the loom pull it up and zip tie it. Now the lowest point is in the door so the water drips in there and out the drain holes where its suppose to.
Hope this makes sence if not will post some pics.
