Any instructions on how to remove these please?

If the swivel isnt pitted and its just the seal leaking it is possible to cheat a bit and unbolt swivel housing from axle casing and pull whole unit plus half shaft clear and change seal from the back so to speak, its a heavy lump so get help and be carefull not to damage half shaft inner seal, hope that helps.

What's in it? Is it the original spec oil or has it already been filled with 'one shot grease'? If it hasn't and you're really lazy, try emptying it and filling it with one shot grease first.
