Suspicious noise after turning off engine

Hi - I'm new but glad to be part of this site. Had my Evoque for almost a year and love it but am slightly troubled by a noise I first heard on Monday after a short drive. Not sure if it is 'normal' or something to worry about and get checked out. My warranty runs out at the end of November so would like to get it fixed under that if people think there is cause for concern.
