suspension upgrade

hello peeps,i'm changing the tierd old srings and dampers on my disco and need a little help please' on finding part numbers for spring seat and turet retaining ring nuts and bolts.

i'm not putting anything fancy on it just replacing the old stuff with new,but need new nuts and bolts too cos im pretty sure some or all are going to give up the ghost as soon as i try to loosen them.
