suport brackets

just had a look under 90 due mot soon both bulk head support brackets looking dodgy
anybody fitted these is how crap of a job to do

I fitted a pair to my Series last year, but I was stripping it right down at the time so was able to get to everything. What are your footwells like? And the rest of the door pillars?

You'll need to remove doors and wings at the very least - then see how bad it all looks! I had to repair the pillar as well, so cut that off and fitted a new pillar and foot at the same time. If you've just got to get the foot out, a spot-weld drill and sharp chisel will be your friends.

every think else spot on clean the paint and back to clean shiny metal have took sill panel of as busy making a set of rock sliders for it and have taken floor out to do a few other bits and pieces . think i will call to the place making them tomorrow its only a couple of mile from me see if they look ok
