Those of you who have had a boot full of water in your p38,may be interested in this if you haven't found where its coming from !
Mine filled up this weekend because the rear n/side sunroof drain blocked up where it exits below the rear wheel arch :(
To get to it i folded the nearside rear seat down, lifted out the parcel shelf, then the tray it sits on above subwoofer, undone the lower seatbelt bolt(19mm)and took the arch panel out.
Then you can see the yellow'ish drain tube coming down next to the top seat belt retractor, and going into a larger black rubber tube.Which is where the water was coming out of and into the spare wheel well.
(In pic2 you can see i pulled the yellow'ish pipe out in order to clear the blockage. Airline was also used to blow back up said yellow tube towards sunroof just to be sure !)
As you can see from the photo's i rigged up a copper tube and a bit of clear tubing to attach to my air line, which i then blew the obstruction out with.
And before anyone says ''you dont have to do all that'',this is just how i decided to do it ;)
These photo's may help someone who has never done this before i hope :D

What year is yours??

I always thought there was only 2 drains on the sunroof, the two front corners which drain down the A Pillars and exit just in fron of the front doors.....

Did this today and worked a treat, sealed them with some instant gasket and whipped some cable ties around the boots to make sure.
