Stub axle seal and bearing

Doing my swivels just now. Come into the stub axle and YouTube and my manual discuss a roller bearing and seal to be replaced.
I have the stub axle with the tab rather than the d-washer. Looking inside there isn’t a roller bearings and not sure how the seal would come out...

does this vintage of stub have a roller bearing?
Should I be swapping out the seal inside?

Just tap out the brass sleeve with a long punch, remove and replace seal and carefully replace sleeve. No inner bearing on early stub axles. Mine is 89 and doesn't have any.
