As the title says.
Thanks James, I have put a few posts up in different areas of the board, yours is the first reply, basically my water pump has gone, trying to buy a new one 2000 Td5, and have been told it's a Storm 1 engine, 98-2001, but water pumps on ebay say say like 98-2004, and such like need to order the correct part right now this being my daily transport.
Thanks, looking closely at these pics, probably showing both sidesnever heard of 'storm1' just 10p or 15p. for my 2000 td5 i just bought a standard water pump. as far as i'm aware, the disco 2 td5 uses the same pump whatever year it is. just dont buy a cheap shìte one.
it is. they are the same. Thanks, looking closely at these pics, probably showing both sides
Thanksjust order pem500040g
Just done the oil and filters last month as well when I renewed the cyl head, and new coolant, oh well.you can remove centrifuge pipe from sump without draining the oil ,but an oil and filter change never goes amiss
i just assumed by removing it, oil would pour out as its quite low down. either way, removing it makes the water pump job a whole lot easier.you can remove centrifuge pipe from sump without draining the oil ,but an oil and filter change never goes amiss
just order pem500040g
