sticking in 2nd gear

Hi People
Anybody had this problem with the gear box.Been out today everything driving as normal then after about 30 mins it wouldnt change up so i got to my destination and parked up for about 60 mins . Started back up for the journey home and everything was normal again changing up smoothly etc then again after about 30 mins the same problem started again .Anybody any ideas.

when was the oil and filter last changed in the gearbox??

+1 ,also gearbox cooler on radiator can block

I think if the gearbox overheats it will keep it in a low gear so to aid the cooling quicker

Gearbox cooling strategy....

Best check oil condition as it usually does this when oil is losing condition!!!

There's always one ................ usually it's me :lol:

Most likely culprit is the main radiator as the bottom gets clogged up with crap and its the bottom 6 rows that feed the oil cooler. It can't be flushed out as the bottom hose is higher up the rad
