my 4.0ltr p38 starts fine first time around , but if you turn the engine off after even 2 mins , it wont start straight away on the first crank , it goes on the second after about 5/10 secs of cranking ???? does,nt matter if its hot or cold , if it had carbs and a mechanical fuel pump i would say pump ,, it feels like fuel starvation ????????
