Sound proofing td5

I have a td5 crew cab and it has gradually migrated from a second car to the main one. Love it as it does work play and taking the kids on Hols however is a little noisy on long journeys. Wondering on suggestions on the best sound proofing, I have been looking at the wright off road as had it on my 200tdi but not sure if it's the best for a td5 county.

The kit has been delivered but is sitting in my hall waiting for me to install it, so I can't actually tell you how good it is. Or isn't. But the LRO article looks promising.

its called AdWords (or similar) picks up on key words, and links you to places that sell stuff like that, helps pay for the forum.
