Smoky TD 4 help

Hi all.

My td4 has a smoking problem !

Blows a nice black smoke under boost only

Passed mot emissions, runs fine, starts fine, no misfire and no lack of power just black smoke.

Has had,

Replacement recon turbo
New PVC valve
Replaced two common intercooler hoses
Erg bypass fitted
It has also been remapped ?
Any ideas before I take it I'm for some diagnostics at a specialist ?

My TD4 is the same
It to has had a remap and also smokes under boost.
Well when I say boost I mean full throttle.
If I back off the accelerator pedal it cuts the smoke,but it seems a waste of a remap,which was done by the previous owner.
I am not really complaining as it will pull and pull right round to the red line but not much happens before 2500 rpm.
I do have a bit of a flat spot when pulling away sometimes and it does feel like the turbo can`t keep up with the fueling under 2000rpm,then it kicks in and starts to pull strongly.
My car drives fine but I do sometimes wonder if I have a MAF sensor problem.
Bonus is you can cover tail gaiters in soot.
I would be interested in your further comments.

Are you using supermarket diesel?

Morrison's is the worst, but they are all bad for smoke under full load / overtaking.

I now use Shell V-Power or other brands similar stuff - no smoke and more mpg.

Last week I succumbed to Tesco's 50p/litre discount - and - you've guessed it - smokes back. Difficult to resist the 50p off though.
