Small problem

I can't get water from my rear wash wipe, the wiper works but no water?
The front wipers work fine, water and wiping.
P38 4.6 V8 2000

Blocked nozzel, blocked or crushed pipe ?

possible Failed Pump motor....the P38 has 3 from memory...

1. Fronts
2. Headlamps
3. Rear

Swap the pipes over from front to rear and try again...if you get spray yippee...if not suspect blockage/spilt/crush as mentioned above....

Just fixed the same problem, to diagnose the pump i was able to hear mine working with the ignition on. So the pump wasn't the fault. There is a one way valve by the N/S rear light so i took off the cover round the Subs and CD changer, took out the cover to access the rear light bulbs, then moved the sound deadening out of the way and moved my hand up inside to locate the pipe. I replaced the one way valve with a £3 one of ebay, then poped out the washer jet and cleaned it all out and it did have some crap in it. Put it all back together and its working lovely.
