Hi guys,

Having fried my brain looking at the serach results i thought i would ask this as a new thread.

For the first 10 mins of a journey my td4 feels slightly lumpy (almost TD5 like) which i think is a slight misfire, after a few more mins this goes completely, any thoughts on this, i would have thought an injector would manifest itself all the time?

thanks guys!

There has bin a lot of doozles doing this lately , could be waxing [diesel getting frozen] your td4 has got a pre heater and this should compensate it, see what happens after the freeze [this is not major] if it clears look at changing pre heater :D

Thanks Ming, hopefully it will be this (I've all sorts of thoughts of injectors failing etc..., do think some diesel additive might help it out?

How is the weather on Mongo?
not really i know that years ago we used to slap a bit of petrol in the tank [to stop waxing] bout 1ltr a tank full also vedg oil will do the same thing ,same amount. . . . . .PS its planit Zog now 20,0000 galaxies from Earth ;)

Dumped a bottle of Comma Diesel Magic (£5,99 from Halfrauds) in and it has worked wonders, Misfire has gone completely and feels sooo much better to drive, having used (and whinged on here) about millers making zero difference, this is a revalation, obviously no-one else will agree with me, but hey!
