my p38 has developed a slight engine oil leak , have tried some wynns stop leak but to no avail ! , i am going to bring the beast in to work to investigate ( gives me a chance to steal it from the mrs for a day ) but just wandered if any of you seasened veterans can give me any possible clues. cheers all :D

Need more information to give clues! With the information you've given all I can assume is that it's losing oil from somewhere in, on or around the engine area, probably from somwhere between the sump plug and the oil filler cap! :D

Where's it coming out? Is it alot? What engine is it?

yes , sorry its a bit 'sketchy' but not looked myself yet , only noticed couple of spots , 4.0ltr , 2000 , 58k , dripping of sump plug but dont know wher it came from. :(

Steam clean it off first, it will make tracking down the source a lot easier.
