Shudder/clunk on pickup

Evening people hope you are all ready for Christmas.
Anyway have a issue again with my 300tdi last month I replaced both props with nice new parts including a 4 bolt flange to replace my damaged rubber donut.

What has now happened is every time I come on and off the power I get a shudder through the transmission making the vehicle kinda kangaroo and it also clunks.

Now I think part of my issue might be the front diff input bearing as I think there is to much play in that but would that give the shudder? It's strange it's only started after I removed the donut and went with a prop with a uj on both ends.

Any ideas people?

Shuddering can be clutch due to wear or oil seal gone on crank. Could be an engine mount or gbox mount also. Rubber donut may have been helping disguise something like knackered bushes at rear or something? Not sure if that would cause a shuddering.

All the bushes have been replaced less than 2k ago, dose not feel like it's the clutch that's causing it, even when in gear and I lightly apply power or come off power it still dose it.
If I did not need the damn thing for my daily drive I would have it in bits till i found the issue lol.
