A little oil in the turbo pipes is normal.

Check your crankcase breather non return valve.... Pull the pipe from the cam cover off the valve and see if it puffs smoke when the engine is running ...

Before the turbo ?
Yes before the turbo. Crankcase pressure and some oil mist is sucked in by the turbo from the breather.
