i havent come across this my self as yet but i just ordered a new king pins and bearing shims the lot both sides and been told they dont make the series two king pin anymore and you have to use seriesIII which are removeable, meaning you have to drill the steering arm and weld in the new series three one in place?

is this reali the case and how easy will this be

arran

you can convert to later 11a which is same as series 3 using bolt on parts ie swivel pin housing steering levers etc ,no drilling or welding needed most of the parts are cmmon to both types you cant get any series 2 arts that arent common to series 3 and series 3 parts range is reducing from normal lr suppliers some parts are available from specialists who have collected old stock talk to series 2 club they should no of some
