I've gotten stuck before trying to cross a mud pit that was about 1.5 times as long as my 109. I just need to be able to get across the mud well enough to continue my trail rides, I don't go looking for mud. Should I invest in a decent winch? Are there tires that would do well in mud but be good for off road and ice use? Or should I just learn to drive and try to make it over the mud in my 40 psi, hard as a rock, knobby tires.
