Almost any online placing selling LR shocks will list what they are for..... have you tried looking anywhere?

Have you done anything else to the suspension and what is your intended use? Original is sort of fine if you don't plan to do much with the vehicle, but you can get much better suspension these days.

Only looked on google an seems to come up with many different types am just gonna change springs for new an get new shocks intended use in daily driver on an off road

My last series came with a set of Terrafirmas, hadn't been on long, still shiny. One had a leak and another had no oil left. There was someone on here quite recently who'd also had a bad experience with them.

I would have gone for Armstrong all round on the last rebuild, but could only get rears at the time, and went Boge on the front. They're all fine.

Daily driving a 109? Lots of miles? What sort of off roading?

I'd be tempted to look for some suspension upgrades. A good parabolic setup with some longer shocks and new bushes should make for a more comfortable and capable vehicle.

Personally Terrafirma probably wouldn't be my go to shock. But depends on what you want to spend vs ability.
