Your bulb holder is boxlocked. Cut the bleedin thing off. You will know if its not charging. All your lights go off and it grinds to a halt. Usually in the middle of a box junction with a police car behind you, pouring with rain, bursting for the toilet and your mobile going off in your pocket. 30 miles from home, no AA card and the kids screaming in the back. Two tyres on the legal limit, a front side light that might not be earthing properly and 28p in your pocket. The coppers just got out of his car and dont look happy and you think you have a cold coming on.
