series 2a history

i have not long got a series 2a 109 petrol, i was told it was an ex navy vehicle, the reg is AWU 609K, before i got it the plate was DAV 269V but was taken off before i got it, there is no history with the vehicle but i would like to find out as much about it as posable, it is a 1971 but was registered at the end of 1979, it has a hard top on it now but started life as a pick up, does anyone have any info on my 2a or can anyone advise me on how i can trace the history of it, thanks in advance for any help

niceone, i will give them a try, you say your breaking a landy, have you got a set of front seats with the frames and the runners ect,(need all three) this has got two seirra seats in it, and i would like to get back to the way it should be, i also need the three seat box covers,
