Sat Nav Question

Hi again,

I have just picked up my 2006 Freelander 1 HSE.

I have a Sat Nav disc marked 'Western Europe 2005-1' but the Sat Nav is asking for a Navigation CD 2.

I know I could trawl the interweb for hours and try to piece it all together but someone on here will point me in the right direction I'm sure.
