That looks pretty good, and will support the backs of the front seats nicely.Got hold of a grab rail for my 109 safari but got carried away with the theme when painting

As you are here, it might be of interest to you to know that "Safari" was never a term used by Land Rover.
All the badging, and literature related to those vehicles refers to them simply as 12 Seater Station Wagons with Tropical Roof.

On my 2a I moved the grab handle from the back door to the passenger side dash, gave em something to hang to when bouncing about on the rough.
