s and m lights NOT working.

Hi all, If accidently knock mode switch on 53 plate auto, have no idea which mode im in coz lights dont come up on dash. End up stopping and moving diff to low & back to 'reset'. Lights also dont come on as bulb check. Could it be a bulb/ fuse or does it need "switching on" by plugging in to computer. Thanks

What you need to help out with this S & M problem is a whip, a cane and some rubber pants.:emps1:

I have the same thing in my 01 auto, but that was originally a manual that was converted quite early in its life. Auto has always worked well but I have never needed to use the M or the S to date.

Not sure whether it needed to be switched on at some 'computer' level
