Routes across Europe...

Hi Everyone.
I have just booked my ferry tickets across to France at the end of this month for my 110's summer holiday!!!. I am just wondering if anybody knows of any interesting routes, places of interest etc.....I and my partner intend to travelling towards the Alps.. but i cannot spend all our time on the road...must end up on a beach at sometime..(the other half!). Hi,

New to this forum stuff so bear with me, we have also booked our ferry tickets and are going to try and get to Andalucia in our 1990 110 in August ( really looking forward to it) as for your routes try LeTouqet as a short stopover, very pretty and lots of shops, you may also want to try further down in France a place called Neris Le Ban a spa town (wonderfull relaxing treatments in the town spa were well needed on our motorbike tour).
Another tip is to try and stay off the motorway as the French equivalent of our A roads are just as quick and a whole lot nicer.
