Roll back when in drive

Hi,

Another newbie to the site.

right, here goes. I have a 1994 Range Rover P38 4.0 SE with a couple of problems (hopefully nothing too serious). One major concern is when i reverse park on my drive then try and drive off again, it rolls backwards even through the autobox is in D. (gradient of my driveway is about 15 - 20 degrees. Any thoughts.....is it a difficult fix??
