Rocker cover oil leak

After replacing the rocker cover gasket on my 300 a few months ago due to it leaking it seems to be leaking again

I used an allmakes OEM gasket last time and cleaned the surfaces well

Any suggestions?

Did you put any gunk on it as well?

No just the gasket

Are you sure it didn't slip a bit when you put it on?
and what does the manual say about gunk?
I haven't done one for so long I cannot remember.

The D shaped bits of the gasket each end need some sealant in the D grooves.

Just checked in RAVE, it doesn't mention any gunk. All it says is to do the bolts up to the correct torque and that the rocker cover seals can only be used up to 5 times.
i seem to remember I had the same problem. Just ignored it as they all leak!
But I'd follow @lynall 's advice re the D shaped parts of the gasket.
As for sealant, I think I'd use RTV silicone stuff.
Others will have their favourites.

The 200 are the same, but the 200 D bits are actually separate parts from the main gasket.
Wellseal is quite good, but do not use on bare skin Iirc cancer issues?

Persistent weep at rear of rocker cover (They all do that sir!!!!)
Grasping at straws now, new turners cover ordered, genuine Gasket and bolt seals

Blu hylomar, Wellseal, basically anything that can move a little.

Genuine seal seals (?)much better I've found on my 200. Blue holymer in the rocker cover groove and a bit in the D seals too. Price of the seal was shocking though compared to say a britpart one buuuttt...no more leaks!
