I'm looking at getting some new wheels and tyres for my 90 and not sure on size.

theres two options and ones alot cheeper

265 75 16 tyres and rimms or 31/1050R15 tyres and rimms

the 15" set up is about £100 cheeper, is there and difference in using a smaller rimm

Cheers

15" rim, allows you to fit tyre of same outside diameter as the 16" and when pressure is lowered in them makes for far bigger footprint, which a lot of people consider to be an advantage in almost all situations.
