Revs dropping to 500 when stopping

Hi guys,
57 2.2 freelander 2 manual .

So sometimes not always when coming to a stop the revs drop down to around 500rpm like its gonna stall then jump back up. I've had it back to the garage I bought it at. It has had a new turbo as the seals where passing oil .it's had the egr and the throttle body cleaned .the inlet manifold has been replaced and it has also been terracleaned .

What possibly could be causing this!?? It's driving me mad. The revs on occasion do also Jump just a little and again return to normal .

Any ideas advice would be greatly received.

can I ask do you have your lights or anything else taking big current of the battery as that will slow your engine down a bit on tick over

Thinking about it maybe the heater? Happens 3 times in a row today and I've just got back from the tops of Manchester after being caught out in the snow?
